Proposals & Contracts

All design services are governed by a separate client agreement signed before work begins. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website and general engagement with Erin Sener Interiors. Specific project terms, pricing, timelines, and deliverables are outlined in your individual project contract.

Fees & Payment

​

Design fees, payment schedules, and retainer requirements are detailed in your project proposal and contract. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Procurement & Trade Purchases

​

Erin Sener Interiors sources furniture, materials, and furnishings on behalf of clients at trade pricing. All procurement is subject to the terms outlined in your project contract, including markup policies and order confirmation procedures. Once orders are placed, cancellations may not be possible and may result in restocking fees or full forfeiture of payment.

Project Timeline

Timelines provided during the design process are estimates. Delays caused by contractor schedules, shipping, product availability, or client decision-making are outside our control and do not constitute a breach of contract.

Client Responsibilities

​

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, and access to the property as needed. Delays caused by late approvals or lack of access may affect project timelines and costs.
